Brief introduction
At present, many industries have powder material unloading operations, because there is dust during the handling and storage of materials. This equipment has good dust removal effect, compact overall equipment structure, small floor area and convenient operation and control. Its special feature is the box body with a dust collector. The box body is provided with a feed opening, a conical storage bin is provided below, and a pulse dust collector is used above. When the powdery materials enter the dust collector due to the wind force, fine, dry and non fibrous dust is collected. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt. The filtering function of fiber fabric is used to filter the dusty gas. When the dusty gas enters the bag dust collector, the powdery material with large particles and large specific gravity will settle down due to gravity and fall into the storage hopper. When the gas with relatively fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust will be blocked to purify the gas.
the pulse bag filter is composed of a storage hopper, an upper box, a middle box and a lower box. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. During operation, the powdery materials enter the storage hopper through the air inlet duct, the coarse particles directly fall into the bottom of the storage hopper, the fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes upward with the turning of the air flow, the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean air manifold exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The ash removal process is to cut off the clean air outlet air duct of the chamber first, so that the cloth bag of the chamber is in a state without air flow (the air is stopped for ash removal in each chamber). Then, open the pulse valve and use compressed air for pulse blowing dust removal. The closing time of the shut-off valve is sufficient to determine that the powder separated from the filter bag after blowing settles down to the storage hopper, avoiding the phenomenon that the dust is attached to the surface of the adjacent filter bag with the air flow after leaving the surface of the filter bag, so that the filter bag can be cleaned completely. The programmable controller can fully control the exhaust valve, pulse valve and discharge valve.

The pulse bag dust collector adopts the pulse jet dust cleaning technology of compartment air stop, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collector and compartment reverse blowing dust collector. It has good dust cleaning capacity, moderate dust removal rate, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, less steel consumption, less floor area and stable operation.
3. As the pulse blowing of air stop in each chamber is used for ash cleaning, the purpose of all ash cleaning can be achieved once, so the period of ash cleaning is prolonged, the energy consumption of ash cleaning is reduced, and the consumption of air pressure can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of the filter bag and the pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, so that the service life of the filter bag and the valve piece is doubled.
4. The maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in different rooms under the normal operation condition of the system without stopping the system fan. The opening of the filter bag adopts an elastic expansion ring with good sealing performance. The filter bag keel is polygonal, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, extends the life of the bag, and is convenient for unloading the bag.
5. The upper bag pumping method is adopted. When changing bags, after the framework is pulled out, the dirty bags are put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the manhole, which changes the operating conditions of bag changing.
6. The box is designed with air tightness and good sealing performance. The inspection door is made of excellent sealing materials. Kerosene is used for leak detection in the manufacturing process, and the air leakage rate is very low.
7. The inlet and outlet air ducts are arranged compactly with small air flow resistance.
