Introduction

I. working principle of UV photocatalytic equipment:
1. The special high-energy and high ozone UV ultraviolet beam is used to decompose the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas can be effectively treated: hydrogen sulfide, methyl hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide and styrene, sulfide H2S, VOC, etc. the molecular chain of organic or inorganic high molecular exhaust gas compounds can be degraded into low molecular compounds under the irradiation of high-energy ultraviolet beam, such as CO2 H2O, etc., so as to achieve effective governance and discharge up to standard.
2. The use of high-energy and high ozone UV ultraviolet beams to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, that is, reactive oxygen. Because the positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen are unbalanced, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. Ozone has a strong oxidation effect on the organic matter decomposed by ultraviolet beam irradiation, and has a good effect on removing malodorous gas and other irritating odors.
3. After the malodorous gas enters the reaction chamber equipped with the UV high-efficiency photolysis oxidation module through the exhaust gas collection and exhaust equipment, the high-energy UV ultraviolet beam and ozone carry out cooperative decomposition and oxidation reaction on the malodorous gas, so that the malodorous gas substances are degraded and converted into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, and then discharged outdoors through the exhaust duct.
4. Using high-energy UV beams to break the molecular bonds of bacteria in malodorous gas, destroy the nucleic acids (DNA) of bacteria, and then carry out oxidation reaction with ozone to completely achieve the goal of deodorizing and killing bacteria.
II. Characteristics of UV photocatalytic equipment:
1. UV photocatalytic equipment can effectively remove volatile organic compounds, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and other inorganic pollutants, as well as various malodorous smells. The deodorization efficiency can reach more than 99%, and the deodorization effect is much better than the national emission standard of malodorous pollutants (gb14554-93)
2. UV photocatalytic equipment can be applied to the deodorization and purification of most high concentration, atmospheric volume and different malodorous gas substances. Through reasonable module configuration, it can be widely applied to the deodorization, sterilization and purification of malodorous gases such as oil refineries, rubber factories, chemical factories, pharmaceutical factories, sewage treatment plants, garbage transfer stations, sewage pump houses, central air conditioners, etc. It can work continuously 24 hours a day, and the operation is stable and reliable.
3. The UV photocatalytic equipment has no mechanical device, no movement noise, no special management and daily maintenance, only regular inspection and maintenance, low maintenance and energy consumption cost, and low wind resistance, which can save a lot of exhaust power energy consumption and achieve the purpose of energy conservation.
4. The UV photocatalytic equipment adopts the photolysis principle and adopts the explosion-proof treatment, which eliminates the potential safety hazards, has high fire, explosion and corrosion resistance, and has safe and stable equipment performance. It is especially suitable for occasions with high concentration of flammable and explosive waste gases.
5. The UV photocatalytic equipment does not need special pretreatment of malodorous gas, such as heating and humidification. The operating environment of the equipment can work normally when the temperature is between - 30 ° C and 95 ° C, the humidity is between 30% and 98%, and the pH value is between 2 and 13. There is no need to add other substances and agents to participate in the treatment.
6. The UV photocatalytic equipment can be flexibly configured according to the air volume and gas concentration. The drawer type plug-in installation form is adopted, with unified accessories and convenient installation and maintenance.
